I use an epilator like Braun silk epil for my body. At first it hurts bad but after it is just maintenance. It takes a good week before hair shows up. For the beard there is no magic, shave every day until laser does its job.

Thank you, I will work on this. I like having no beard but honestly I like touching my soft smooth face so much too :) i have started using moisturizer so that helps. And feels very nice

A woman approached me on linkedIn for a job after I changed my profile picture and my name. I have told her the truth, that my real name is XYZ but that I prefer Sabrina because I am transitioning. She answered No problem.

I was stunned! This the biggest IT company in my province with 2000 employees...

So monday is the decisive day. I really I hope I will get the job.

I am full time for around only 2 weeks and I have to practice my voice for a more feminine voice. It will be hard to focus on my feminine things during an interview that we also have to focus on the contents of what we say.

I will post updates after my interview.

Monday is my second interview for the same job as Sabrina... If all goes well I will work on a contract with a national train company. Sabrina, continue to impress me...

On a side note, got 2 pairs of heels and boots today that fits my big feet. I do pretty well on heels, maybe some f dna inside me. [emoji23] Very love the sexy walk it makes with 3 inches heels

Hi Sabrina!

I am a little late to the party here but I just wanted to say that picture of you with your new wig is amazing! You look fantastic! It is hard to believe you are pre-everything. You are going to do very well! ;)

I have got the job! Hurray. It was my first interview as Sabrina and the contract was delayed to beginning of August but I got it. So proud of me. Btw all my family saw me as women and they are ok with that. it has been 2 months since I am full time. Everything is going great except for my wife that is very very upset and manipulate my children so they don't want to see me. I am doing great anyway. Thank you all for your great support. [emoji4]

Hello Sabrina

Congratulations on getting the job and I hope you enjoy your job in August as your true self.

I am disappointed to hear your wife is most opposed to your transition and is manipulating the children. This must really hurt and I do sympathise. However all may not be lost on this front as in many cases here on Susan's, wives or other family members do change their mind over time and accept especially when they see that we are the same person despite transitioning and that we are much happier in transition. Just give it time.

I wish you every success for your future.

Hugs

Pamela

Congratulations on the new job!  You are the mirror image of an ex co-worker who was in more or less the same line of work you are in. I swear you two could pass for twins! She is also very attractive. Good luck with the job and everything else. May all go your way.

I think you have very marketable skills as a computer and web site developer with a lot of experience. I recommend that you apply for companies that are LGBTQ friendly or have explicit written language on their website that they will not discriminate because of "gender identity or expression." Those 4 words are key!

I think the Human Rights Campaign publishes annually a listing of companies that have policy of inclusion towards Trans people. Check out their listing and identify the companies that you are interested in working then apply.

Also, I would focus on sectors that are creative/liberal/tolerant. I don't recommend applying for Financial Services companies as they tend to be conservative and not open to hiring those who don't fit the mold. Most Law companies are very tolerant and do not discriminate on anyone on the LGBT spectrum. They would get sued! :)

Good luck / Bon Courage!

Hey Sabrina!!!

Congrats little sister!,,...I live fairly close to Silicon Valley area and know many trans women who have done well in the computer tech industry... From what I have seen, it seems to be a pretty tolerant industry for the most part... All good things to you as you move forward into a life that will finally be your own!

Onward we go brave sister!!!

Hi everyone,
it's been a long time since last update. At my work everyone are great with me. My boss even told me that I am the best of my team. There is a possibility that I become team lead on 2019. I am so happy that my transidentity is not a barrier to my career.

So happy to be me!

Hi Sabrina,                  07 January 2019

Just want to publicly welcome you back. I'm going to copy a post of yours so those that are new here can see what a wonderful Parent and Lady you are. So here goes:

Quote from: Sabrina Hope on August 12, 2018, 12:06:54 AM
I have saw ( sorry for my English with verb tenses ) my children a full day for the first time since my transition. To make a long story short my ex wife teaches them to hate me. I went to the beach and played with them in the lake. This was also the first close contacts with them because they were climbing on me in the inflatable boat. They asked me to wear man clothes but since I don't have any I went for neutral short and t-shirt. Also no wig but my hair are slowly growing and the are colored like my wig. I did keep all my piercings, toenails polish and my woman sunglasses. This was a really nice day. I will keep adding things progressively so they get used to my new appearance without thinking they are loosing their dad. They called me daddy all day and I don't mind if they keep this name even if I am a woman. I will do anything to keep them in my life.

Your children will always love you for the courageous way you are living your life and being a great parent and Lady.

Last but not least, you are very beautiful; please keep posting your photos.

Best Always, Love
