California Medical Molina Health care coverage for FFS

Hello everyone,
I have been reading all of your amazing messages and threads and they have been tremondous help to me throughout the years. Today, I have a question that I need your help with once again but, I couldn't find a thread regarding this question. Does any of you fine ladies and gents know if California Medical with Molina health care covers facial feminization surgery?
I am a pre-op transgender from San Diego. I am a CA resident and am in the process of getting my SRS scheduled to be performed this summer.

Welcome to Susan' Place. I don't have an answer to that question however others may. I am moving this thread to the FFS section of the site where others have posted their experience. I believe some will cover it depending on how the policy is written and one to check out is Kaiser Permanente as they have fairly extensive transgender care.
