Everything Tastes Bad, is it the Progesterone?

Okay so for the past two weeks my sense of taste has been all out of whack and pretty much anything I eat tastes bad.

The only thing that's changed for me before that was the fact that I started taking Progesterone a month ago.

Another thing that's changed is for awhile now my nose has been constantly stuffed up.

Could the progesterone be causing my messed up sense of taste? Or is it more likely the stuffed nose?

And if it is the progesterone, will it get better eventually? Cause I really want to stay on it, it's already helped some, but I can't stand everything tasting so bad for much longer.

If your nose is stuffed up, most likely food won't taste like much of anything. Progesterone is a possibility. In a CIS woman, progesterone levels going high early in pregnancy can cause women to have difficulty eating. This is to keep a woman from eating certain food that might cause her to abort the fetus. The body should eventually adjust to the higher levels and food should taste normal again.
