I'm a thirteen year old closeted trans guy, and I plan to come out this summer. If all goes well, I should be able to go on puberty blockers. Unfortunately, oestrogen has already done a good bit of damage, so I'm having trouble finding information as to what changes might happen. All I've managed to find is that my period will stop, and that I might gain weight. Is this true? What other changes could happen?

At thirteen years old, you are still growing, young man. Of course you will gain weight, mostly from continual growth and not necessarily from any gain in body fat. Gaining body fat is caused by a high calorie diet and low activity level. It happens to everyone.

Hormone blockers at your age will allow the bones to continue to grow in height somewhat until you get epiphyseal closure on the ends of your long bones. For girls, this happens in the early teens and for boys, in the middle teens.

I'm a transgender girl (i hate the first word because I hate labels but whatever) and...

I think it's fake ._.

my body did't gain weight when I started with triptorelin 4 years ago (I'm 15 years old), even estrogen don't put me on weight, only in the breasts and a little in the belly, but nothing else, even now I'm trying get fat because my endocrinologist asked gain more weight because according to her I am very thin, and i need gain weight to develop better as a woman and don't devolop as a sick woman (her words literally makes 2 checks back) ...

the genetics maybe xd?
