Hi Ladies, im six weeks post op from PAI and i need a little advice. I had my surgery with Dr Burin and i am in love with the results however i need some advice regarding dilation. Im using the second (larger) dilator now and i have tried playing with a normal penis sized vibe. The normal penis sized vibe has absolutely zero chance of fitting inside me so i am concerned how i will ever be able to have sex involving a penis. Can anyone tell me how they have gone or if they have faced a similar issue.
I can feel that my pelvic floor muscle, specifically the part where my vaginal canal passes through it is very tight. Was wondering if others experienced this?
