I dunno, I am pretty much against this, this is blatantly draconian censorship of freedom of speech.

While the world would be nicer having to not deal with blatantly stupid bigots, it is giving way too much power to the government IMO.
Intolerables, everywhere...cannot escape them.

It's not an easy thing to prove in Canadian courts and has only been used against a very small number of truly despicable  people.  This guy has a long history of testing the courts.
