Has anyone felt like the working out at the gym makes gender dysphoria feel even worse?I think it's because gyms are more stereotypical. Can anyone relate?

Not really for me, I just go and do the exercises I want to do and leave.  Don't really pay much attention to anyone else as I go home to shower.

Yes my dysphoria was huge when I was at the gym. But back then I was still trying to be a man... And I hated how I felt and hated seeing all those beautiful women working out. I disliked it so much that I had to stop going.
Latina :) I speak Spanish, English and a bit of Portuguese.

Pre-HRT the dysphoria was bad everywhere including at the gym.
