Considering Cosmetic hip implants after rib removal

I had rib removal (9,10,12) last year with Dr Eppley. Now that I am fully healed, I am quite happy with the results and how my torso looks. But my hips still give me a lot of dyshoria and now consider silicon hip implants along with butt.

My main concern is looking natural and not some cartoon version. For butt implants, I am most probably gonna go to Dr Ryan Stanton. But for hip implants, I am not sure, since his implants are not quite thick and I see no purpose in getting them unless they are atleast at 1 inch thick on each side.

Dr Eppley on the other hand can do thicker implants but placement will be right under the skin. But since they will be custom designed for me, with proper tethering of the edges, they will blend well and not detectable.

Has anyone else here had hip implants or is considering one? Any information will be helpful.

Most of us who have had butt and hip augmentation opt for fat transfer. The results are natural looking and there are few serious complications.

If you just do not have the fat to transfer, then soft silicone implants are an option. Some people are very satisfied with the results, but as with all implanted materials there is the possibility of complications. Since the hip area bends when we sit or walk, you may feel the implant more than you would like to.

If you are very thin, then just a slight increase in hip size will be very feminizing. There is no need to over do it.

The do fat and implants at the same time. I might do fat, but I doubt if risk implants.
