I am currently scheduled for my BA over Labor Day weekend this year.
My questions are:
At what point did you know you needed (or didn't need) a BA to achieve a size you were comfortable with?
If breast growth is still occurring, and the girls are still taking shape, how does this affect the final outcome- both in terms of shape and size.
Does your natural shape have a big part in what desired shapes/looks are achievable?

I've been on HRT for a little over two years now, 18 months of which have been transition level dosages/levels.
I've seen general rules of thumb that state don't get a BA until at least a year of HRT, and at the two year mark the growth isn't going to be substantial enough to make a difference. These rules however however seems to be from days gone by where bio identical hormones were not used and thus full potential of breast growth was never achievable.
I had scheduled in March of this year and thought growth was pretty much at a plateau however for the past 3-4 months my breasts have definitely been filling out more and taking shape. My best friend who is helping me with researching a chosen look was surprised a couple weeks ago of how "perky" my boobs were.
My frame is pretty small for being a trans woman, and I'm at the low end of healthy for my BMI- ie I'm skinny. My chest/rib cGe are on the larger side for what you would expect a cis female to have given my build.
I am, and expect to stay apple shape as well.
What I'm not sure about is if future growth/shape will affect the overall look and size (natural vs implant shapes fighting each other, and breads getting too large).
While less likely I still am concerned that there is a slight chance I won't need a BA at all, given my current growth spurt.
34 large B (tissue is spread out across rib cage and currently needs stuffing into a bra to get that full cup.
130 lbs. 5 ft 9
Thanks for the help and advice!
