If you haven't had a moving experience, it's time to have a discussion with the medical staff about a laxative. If your not careful, you could damage the surgery by pushing to hard.

Hi Mendi! I'm so glad your recovery is going well! May I ask is there any pain while dilation? Did you have just the inversion or did you do it with scrotal graft?

I got laxatives yesterday and there has been movement and stuff coming out today, nearly without pushing, but it´s not all and the feeling is not that comfortable. But going towards better days I hope...

No pain with dilation, it´s just feels, something new. Of course it is thight feeling at the entrance, but past that, just a feeling of fullness. You will know what I mean.

But no pain, don´t worry about that even at first dilation and examination. And if there is, you need to say immediately.

Just inversion, no skin grafts were needed, because like I said, I seemed to have more than enough of skin  :)

That's awesome! My penis is right at 7 inches I should have enough skin for the inversion. I still may consider the inversion over the colon once I speak with dr sutin.  The only bad part now is I've not had laser hair removal. I should have went ahead did it.

From Peeras emails, I understood, that the laser and/or needle epilation is recommended, not 100% necessary. But then again, you still would have time to do one laser treatment and perhaps one needle epilation to the area, of course depending when in August your surgery was.

With 7 inches, I would think, that you have a great result. But when in consultation, they don´t promise huge results. I mean we talked about 5.3 inches to 5.7 inches as a guarantee. And I get 6.5 to 7 inches...thats why I started to laugh  :)

I can understand of course, that they dont want to promise straight out huge results, because surgery is surgery, there is always element of surprise.

I'm actually going to set up an electrolysis appointment tomorrow.  I honestly could live with a 5.5 in depth ,my husband is only 6 but he's huge in width.  May I ask do you have a lot of scarring on the outside or did he do your sutures inside the labia's? I've heard you can request how you want your labia to look.

To be honest, the labia looks better than I was expecting. Immediately after removing the package at the hospital, I was a bit worried and was fixed on looking the labia. But now that the swelling is going down slowly, day by day, it looks better. Better than the pictures they showed me before surgery, where there were complications. I think the stitches must be inside, because the top of the skin doesn´t show stitch marks, other than in upper part of the labia, but I´m not sure if those are from stitches or just swelling. Of course, there is a line showing, that the skin has been cut. But when swelling is gone and things settle down and if everything is just on spot, those lines will be on the labia edge and wont be really visible. But that I will see later.

And I´m not saying all this and previous things to promote PAI or my choice and I am a very critical person. Judging the appearance at the moment is difficult due to the swelling. Because I can see forexample, that I also immediately noticed that inner labia were asymmetrical...but now with swelling going down, it is starting to settle in symmetrical position.

So judging the surgeon result with just 1 week post-op, is difficult and it´s not fair to the surgeon. I will update this topic in 3 months, but of course for you that will be late then, you will know by yourself already  :)

But I am happy and I would definitely say if I wasn´t. I mean even with bowel problems and peeing problems, I still sometimes start to giggle here by myself, for being just happy.

4 weeks post-op coming up:

- Left Bangkok more than a week ago. Flight back home, 14 hours, wasn´t that nice but I made it and no complications from sitting that long. Getting wheelchair and assistant was the best decision ever! Got through from security checks via VIP lanes and the assistants in Bangkok, Istanbul and Helsinki just pushed through other queues, saying priority passenger!  ;D

- Swelling is going down and has come down significantly. The area also is not super sensitive anymore and I can even spread labia minora to clean a bit better.

- There is still the feeling of tightness or stretching and it´s mostly in the upper part of labia minora and up from clitors. Of course, sitting here with only me and my vagina and having nothing else to do than to worry, I´m worried, that too much erectile tissue was left and that is causing the tight feeling. It´s not erection feeling though, just tightness...so perhaps I´m worrying too much. Need to see some people perhaps...not just me and my vagina  ;D

- I was worried week or two ago, that I had a tearing at the vagina entrance, but with swelling gone down, that wasn´t the case. No tearing, just swelling.

- Everything really looks good and I´m able to walk more and more naturally.

- With dilatation no problems, the depth is 6 to 6,5 inches. No pain during dilatation and even when inserting it´s not that tight on entrance.

- Only the douching applicator or whatever you call that, doesn´t feel that nice. When I insert it, it always seem to hit something and it sometimes hurts and I´m getting more and more anxious of even using it. Few more weeks and I can ditch it...just don´t know if I can go on with it that long.

Hi Mendi, what a fantastic post detailing your experience.
I am scheduled for GCS with Dr. Sutin at the beginning of Sep. I have been speaking (email only) with Peera and I am considering direct wire transfer of all surgery funds before I depart from US.
I have instructions for wire transfer into bank account in Singapore which perhaps is a common practice there however personally it feels a bit questionable?
In your own opinion is it safe to trust Peera and PAI with such transaction and have you had a similar experience?

Hi

Yes, I transfered the advance payment also to that Singapore bank account. I know I felt the same, that it feels funny, but it is what it is.

When you get to Bangkok and see the staff at PAI, you will laugh, that you doubted that procedure  :)

I wish I would have also transfered everything via that bank, because I carried the cash with me. Granted, I had it stored under pantyhose on my waist, so it would have not gotten stolen no matter what, but still wasn´t a nice feeling.

thank you hon for your thumbs up, I will certainly sleep better with this knowledge and will proceed to transfer funds before departure. I can only imagine the stress of carrying such amount and worrying of it being somehow lost.
I am so happy for you and as well for my self to be granted such an opportunity of this life saving surgery which only lately has become a standard procedure. As only several decades ago this was quite experimental and perhaps dangerous operation.
All my love <3

Mendi you give me so much relief with your recovery! Innainka I will be having my srs with Dr Sutin the beginning of September as well. Maybe I will see you around.  Mendi I don't want to sound annoying but did the scarring go inside your labia after the swelling went down? I know its surgery but I hate scars and definitely don't want a bad one on my vagina.

It is too early to say about the visibility of scarring. That will take months, if not closer to a year for it to first of all fade. Now it´s a red line of course and before that redness fades, I cannot really say how it will look.

Also, not all swelling is gone yet. Especially the labia majora are swollen.

Update 4 months Post-Op;

Healing really went as they instructed from PAI in the first place. Two months of sick leave and almost exactly of two months from surgery I was back at work. Also, 2 month mark was the first experience with sex, which went fine.

First orgasm with clitoris vibrator I achieved around 3 month mark. Intercourse itself does feel good, but I´m not sure if I will reach orgasm like that ever. It feels good though. Clitoris area is super sensitive. I can touch it and use vibrator, but a guy will be too rough unfortunately. Needs a very gentle touch!

No real problems has occured with healing. There is still a bit swelling around the clitors area. I can feel that swelling now and then, but it´s not constant. The urethra area is still a bit reddish and now and then some fresh blood, but very tiny amount. The urine spread is still a shower and not a single stream, but that really hasn´t bothered me much.

Depth has settled around 6,5 inches. I´ve had sex several times with different partnes during the past 2 months and in regards depth, I´ve had no problems at all. Width is another thing. I had one guy, who had such a thick tool, that I could not fit that in. Felt a bit depressed about that, but then again, there is so much variation that this is bound to happen to a cis woman too.

What comes to asthetics, I´m happy to the result. Also all of the guys that I´ve been with have been amazed of the look and comments have been, that it looks beautiful. But then again, those are guys and I take their comments with a grain of salt  ;D But I´m happy how mine looks and I cannot really think of anything to correct with surgery. The scars of course are visible and reddish which is a bummer I guess, but I know that 4 months is not enough for them to fade away. Four years perhaps. I´ve left hair as it is and only trimming my hair down there.

Happy! Next BA job at PAI!

So glad everything is well. As for thick tools, try practising using a larger wider  dilator.I use the extra large Rabbit viibrator.
When we first start our journey the perception and moral values all dramatically change in wonderment. As we evolve further it all becomes normal again but the journey has changed us forever.

Yeah, was thinking that. Though that guy had a _really_ thick. Not sure if I ever again come across something like that :)

But, I am quite tight. Not sure if it will get a bit loose later on or not.
