Bait & Switch: It's Gender Expression, Stupid

"Passable" (as gender conforming women & men) generally suffer less oppression and discrimination than their "non-passable" counterparts. This applies to both cisgender and transgender people.

Well, Duh, I think that's been obvious all along. The current ENDA protects nobody
basically; who really knows who's gay unless it shows in non gender conforming behavior!

A T should just claim to be gay if he's fired to get protection (and since people has such
a messed up view of what T's are, that would probably be a "good" defence).

I think you miss the point.  The ramp up in hate against us, is only because they think we are gaining on them.  No one, not even people as stupid as some of our opponents are, fight against something they think has already lost.
FIGHT APATHY!, or don't...

I think the following essay helps explain "why they hate us so.";

->-bleeped-<-: Fertility and the Ancient Texts

To briefly summarize; they could very well hate us because we're incapable of procreation, and because we could 'infect' their spawn with the GLBT disease, thus rendering their and others' children sterile and non-breeding.

And while I'm at it, lately I've had this -- feeling -- that the groups who so deeply hate us find fertility and the chance that every [sexual intercourse] could lead to conception to be, y'know, a REAL turn-on for them.  Just a thought...
