Hi ladies!
I am desperately looking for a great surgeon to get jaw and chin revision. I feel after the first time my jaw and chin is too long vertically. I really want aggressive work but so clueless who to choose.
I ruled out facial team as they look too subtle and ruled out dr speigel for the same reasons. Dr Z looks good but I have a pointy witches chin with soft tissue and musle that pulls down when I smile and not sure if his burring technique will make it smaller without it looking deformed after. Not sure if sliding genioplasty setback is better for a chin like mine of is it too subtle of a change but I dont think he does genioplasty only burring.

Has anyone had good experience with reducting the height of their jaw and chins or sought revisions with success?

Appreciate some guidance
