If you can't accept yourself,  how can you expect others to accept you?

I had my bellybutton pierced for a while. May have it redone someday. It really didn't hurt at all when they did it. I took mine out the first time because I was having trouble with the healing. I'm planning on getting my ears pierced soon.

I think one of my main worries is also that I'm a stomach sleeper [emoji53]

I am too. I had to sleep on my side at first, but once it heals it shouldn't be an issue.
