@Michelle_P
Dear Michelle:
I apparently and most unfortunately misplaced my invitation to your home for dinner tonight... your deep dish pizza looks terrific.  I like making things like that where one can utilize and use miscellaneous stuff in the refrigerator.  It appears that you have some leftovers for another meal or two.
Thanks for sharing.
Hugs,
Danielle

I worked late at my office... no dinner at my home but after I locked up I went over to the next door coffee shop and had a wonderful evening meal... Teriyaki Chicken and a dinner salad.
Chatted with several of my acquaintances there. then after dinner went home, turned on my propane fireplace, changed into my night clothes and my sweats and I am now trying to unwind while being cozy and warm in front of my fireplace.

Last night I had homemade pizza with my 96hour slow rise dough.
Lunch today was chicken, roast potatoes and veg, followed by homemade Apple and raspberry crumble.

With me, it is a constant fight between taste buds and waste line, and it seems as if the taste buds are the winners most of the time!

That sounds like a good German type of meal.

Yes, I cook a lot of German dishes for my dad. That's what he grew up eating and what he likes.
