I was just wondering how good of a surgeon Dr. Satterwhite is. It's just hard to find some information about him

Has anybody had any bad experiences? Good experiences? How was the healing? Were you satisfied with the procedure? Were you satisfied with the feeling? Were you satisfied with the aesthetics?

Thank You.

Hi! Dr. Satterwhite did my top surgery. I had an overall good experience with him and his office. I was swollen on my left side which is still slightly larger than my right (but it's so slight that it's noticeable only to me when I'm really trying to tell the difference). I loved not having to have drains in place. After a week I went in to have the bandages taken off. I was overall satisfied with the procedure. I wish he could of made my nipples a bit smaller, but I saw pictures of my surgery and he made them a good size, they just stretched because of the bandaging I believe. Also, one of my nipples is discolored and the tip is not in the center. That's why you shouldn't adjust your bandages! My left side is numb under the armpit, I never regained feeling in a patch of skin about the size of my palm. I know you may be thinking "oh that's so awful! I can't imagine not having feeling! I hope it won't happen to me!" or something along those lines but it's really not an issue. The first couple weeks it feels extremely weird, and you notice it constantly but after a while you don't notice it anymore and you become as aware of it as the rest of your skin. I'm really satisfied with my incisions. They're clean, silver, and thin. I waited months to work out again. I rubbed vaseline on them everyday. I haven't decided yet but I'm looking into a revision on my nipples (to minimize the areola, adjust the tips, & center my left nipple if they can) or maybe just tattoo the discolored part of my nipples to blend it more.

Feel free to reach out to me if you have any questions about anything.
