I'm a male. I had a very musceline forhead with 2 slopes and prominent brow bones. I went to a forehead augmentation surgery and the docter added me HA paste to the sides and now it looks more rounded. It came to the point where my brows became higher. Now I regret the procedure and i think of revision with endocropic procedure. Do you think that by burring the HA (now bone) the eyebrows will fall again to have more musceline look? Thank you.

You seem to be posting this same question over and over, but here goes. I think the only way to get an answer is to talk to the surgeon who operated on you. If bone was removed and a lot of filler added it may not be possible to "undo" the surgery or you might need a larger incision. If I were you I would give it a lot of time and thought before trying to go and fiddle with it again as you may end up creating problems.

Of course your eyebrows will fall again to a more masculine position if you remove the new bone. I think it is possible with the endoscopic approach
