In two weeks I will be in Buenos Aires for what I hope are my last round of major surgeries. I'm having BA, facelift, and hair grafts. Dr. Rossi agreed to look at my nose and chin to see if some improvement can be made, but he won't commit until he sees me in person.
I've had a lot of correspondence with Amanda of T-Change since 2016, when I was first looking for an FFS surgeon. She has patiently answered my questions, and responds quickly. I also have a friend that went to T-Change years ago, and she looks great.
I'll post here again in a couple of weeks.
