Women walk with their feet in a straight line. Imagine you are walking on a 2x4. Each foot lands in front of the other, instead of a side-by-side zigzag.
Stand straight, with your gut sucked in, your boobs (or where your boobs will eventually be) out, your shoulders back and down, and your head straight. Yes, I know, it sounds like a drill sargeant on a parade square, but those are key points to standing and walking like a woman.
Once you can stand like that, try walking like that. The posture helps the walk, and the walk helps the posture.
I practise when I walk the dog. I walk on rural roads with no sidewalk: the natural walking place when there is no traffic is the white line on the edge of the road. So I walk the whiteline, making sure that both feet land on it. The more I practise, the easier it becomes.
