Surgeons who accept Medicaid in NY

Hello, does anyone here know of or have a list of SRS surgeons in Upstate NY that accept Medicaid or Blue Cross?

The Callen-Lorde list is a few years old and missing Dr Rachel Bluebond-Langner at NYU who does take Medicaid and Blue Cross. She is a wonderful surgeon and I highly recommend her.
