I have stretch marks on most of front of my belly, and while its shaved atm my belly gets very hairy. I'm wondering best areas to apply patch. I've tried sides of belly and feel i might get better estrogen but they tend to come off after 2 days, and on front of belly over stretch marks it stays put the amount of time need it to, but I'm worrying not getting enough estrogen from my stretch marks.

If I  remember correctly, my patches said they should be placed over fatty tissue for best absorption. I went an inch below the  navel and alternated left and right.

I don't think your doctor will care where you wear them as long as there's some "cushion" under them.  :)

I use the area under the navel: left, centre and right.  Since I am on more than one patch, I also use the sides of my buttocks.  I try to avoid the bony bits of the pelvis, since there isn't much flesh there between the skin and the bone to absorb the estrogen.  I'd use more of my butt, but it is too hard to reach.

I put mine about an inch or two below the top of my panties, on my butt.
Swabbing the area first with rubbing alcohol, let it dry afterwards, helps them stick better.
Avoiding any loose skin or folds is a good idea.  Rotation of areas keeps the contact dermatitis in check.

After being on patches for the past three year, have never encountered an issue with putting them on my butt.  That is where my Endo said to put them.  The insert shows the abdomen as well, either works fine.

The pharmacy information on Vivelle Dot 4 day patch actually shows a slightly higher serum concentration of Estrogen if placed on the buttock.  But Lower Abdomen is also a tested and approved placement site.
