How can i sent a private message?

When i do i get the nonification that i'm not allowed to send a private message.

My setting say that i can recieve private message's and sent the to everybody.

Alec_t   I trust that the replies from @Cindy and @Jessica have answered your immediate question about posting private messages and perhaps other questions that you have will be answered in the informative LINKS that Jessica posted in her welcome message below.
