I was wondering when I can change my gender marker? Do I have to wait for SRS or can it be done right away? I live in Minnesota.

A little google and I came up with this link 🔗 [Link: health.state.mn.us/divs/chs/osr/amend.html/] that should provide you with all the information you will need.

I didn't bother changing my birth certificate.  In my state (WA) I was able to change gender marker on drivers license using a simple form signed by my endocrinologist.  Minnesota driver license gender marker change is here 🔗 [Link: dps.mn.gov/divisions/dvs/Pages/gender-change-policy.aspx/].

Updated US Passport and taxpayer ID (Social Security) required letter from doctor for gender marker and local court order for name change - I did that before any surgery.
Assigned male at birth 1963.  Decided I wanted to be a girl in 1971.  Laser 2014-16, electrolysis 2015-17, HRT 7/2017, GCS 1/2018, VFS 3/2018, FFS 5/2018, Labiaplasty & BA 7/2018.
