Hey guys!
I'm back after staying at an adolescent inpatient psychiatric unit for a while and although I'm still shakey from time to time, I feel like I have support available. Whether I will realise this when I'm in my next crisis is yet to be known. I wanted to say I'm thankful for everyone on this site being so kind and helping and supporting me. -Jake
