Boil water to a soft rolling boil first.
Carefully put the eggs into the boiling water.
8 mins soft boil, 10 mins medium boil, 12 mins hard boil.
Remove the eggs when done and place immediately into ice water.
Let sit in ice water for 10 mins.
The shells will fall off like three hour slow cooked baby back rib meat from the bone and they will be cooked perfectly.
