So I had my first appointment with the new therapist. I felt really good about the session. She made me feel very comfortable right away. We didn't have a super long session with the paperwork and everything but she already has me digging into some things I never touched with my last therapist. I'm going to keep an open mind as I explore myself in more detail. I'm glad that my anxiety appears to have been unfounded. It really did feel like a safe space. Alright on with a wonderful weekend all of you amazing people. Love and faith.

I'm happy for you! Don't need the details of the session to post to simply say if you feel good and have a smile on your face, that's a win!  :icon_chick:
