So I had my first appointment with the new therapist. I felt really good about the session. She made me feel very comfortable right away. We didn't have a super long session with the paperwork and everything but she already has me digging into some things I never touched with my last therapist. I'm going to keep an open mind as I explore myself in more detail. I'm glad that my anxiety appears to have been unfounded. It really did feel like a safe space. Alright on with a wonderful weekend all of you amazing people. Love and faith.
