So I did a thing...
Breast augmentation 590cc's UHP silicone (Mentor)
Abdominal/flank liposuction
Fat transfer to my hips/butt.
I'm 5'9" and honestly have no idea idea how much I weigh now with the girls onboard. I know the fat was transferred, but it gets processed first so you don't get all of it and then all you do get doesn't stay... maybe 60% at the most (as little as 40).
I'm really happy with the result. It's only 48+- hours since surgery so the swelling has a ways to go and the compression garment has a long, albeit temporary address on my body.
BTW...on that note: The garment they give you may not be ideal for you. I had several already and found that a combination of 2 full torso "Spanx" type things under a big neoprene waist trainer works better for me. It has the benefit of still offering some compression when I take off the neoprene outer layer and the crotch has a bigger opening for using the restroom than the one I was sent home with.
These kinds of technical details aren't always readily available so I wanted to share for those considering this.
P.S. I don't recommend doing both boobs & butt at the same time. There's no way to lay down that isn't laying on something that way just operated on.

Danielle,
Thank you very much. You are too kind...but I'll take it! [emoji4] Especially from someone as beautiful as you are.
BTW, I went with the original suggestion here when I first signed up, to not use my real name, but I've decided that being the real me is all I can handle being anymore. Feel free to call me Avril.

Hi Avril.  Yes you look terrific!  I'm sorry to hear you found out the hard way about having both surgeries at the same time, but it's done now.  Nice hips!

Thanks Judi! It's progressing quickly. I've gone from being more concerned about the pain already to the itching!!! [emoji15]

Thanks Carolina! I tried on that one outfit so far yesterday and mostly just laying around in compression garments. I hope in a week or less I'll be less itchy and sore and able to enjoy my new body a little.

Funny, that's one of my Mother's sayings!  I like to think of myself as tough also.  Hang in there!!!!!

Decided to take the new girls out on the town last night. Funny thing is (actually I'm finding lots of things funny lately as a result of my big boobs...i.e. rubbing deodorant under my arms for the first time) the only things in this photo that are new are my earrings (and boobs of course). Old clothes get a new lease on life. I've gone from being most excited to get a new outfit, to making an old outfit look new now. :)

3 month update.
The twins are fabulous. I couldn't be happier with them. The fat transfer has shown small signs of the metabolizing factor I was warned about so I'm not upset but I do think one day I'll get one more transfer, albeit a smaller version as 75% of it is already where it needs to be now.
My next goals are proving to be very challenging. If I had one wish for this renovation project, bottom surgery be it, no question. If I had 3 wishes? Bottom surgery, facial surgery and a kind/sweet/nice, sexy, guy to care about me.
As luck would have it, I haven't been granted any wishes so my decisions aren't so clear. I have the chance to cash in my retirement fund and cover the cost of the 2 parts of my face that are most important. I might instead get just enough more from it if I wait a couple of months (this presumes the fund continues to grow) to cover bottom surgery instead. I'm really not sure what to do!! Keep in mind the fact that I'm only able to cash out because I'm not with the company anymore. Until I find another job, I've got all the time off I'd need without even submitting a request. But... recovery does delay my ability to search for a new job. Meanwhile, having the ability to do something about my dysphoria and doing nothing really only makes the dysphoria worse.
As far as wish #3 goes, I'm beginning to think I'll go see if I have the same kind of luck in Alaska as Danielle because here in Dallas I'm striking out.[emoji3059]

You absolutely do look great! If you don't mind me asking, who performed the procedures?

All the best,

Just be mindful that you'll pay taxes on the amount you "cash out".  If you could find some way to fund this without upsetting your retirement plans that would be desirable.  The time will come soon enough when you'll look to those funds to support you.

From the photos I've seen I don't see any need for FFS.  You've got beautiful cheekbones, nose and chin; and your eyes are gorgeous!  Start saving for GRS!

Thank you! I don't mind at all. That's what we're here for IMHO, to help one another. I went to Dr. Peter Raphael in Plano, TX. They don't take any insurance but the costs are flat rate. I've got about $11k financed so far, for the BBL & BA.

Thank you! I really appreciate your kind words. I've found a new job now and had to cash half of the old plan in recently to survive until the new job starts. So it seems there was another option I hadn't considered. Funny you mention my cheek bones. I do hope to get something done there at some point but my chin & nose are things that don't bother me. I really feel the need for a scalp advancement (my hair extension clip in bangs are great but not what I want long term. My upper lip is the other high priority FFS for me. I want a lip lift to shorten my philtrum. Nothing major but those two things will make a world of difference for my own peace of mind.

You look really good. I checked on BA and was told I have to be on HRT for a year prior. :(
Started HRT 1/3/2019

Avril, you're looking amazing!  I am very impressed with your results.  Just WOW.  So who did your fat transfer?
At what point did my life go Looney Tunes? How did it happen? Who's to blame?... Batman, that's who. Batman! It's always been Batman! Ruining my life, spoiling my fun! >:-)

Wendi,
Thank you. I think most everyone can feel your disappointment at being told you have to wait. I'm not sure if that was your insurance who told you or the doctor but I can say that a year goes by rather quickly. I paid for mine on credit even though it was close to a year on HRT. I didn't want to wait for the insurance red tape.
Hugs,
Avril
