Thanks to you all, and to a couple of besties, HappyMoni, and Zelda, I made it through the wedding as my old self, and am now on track to get to being just me!  I AM EXCITED, THOROUGHLY RELIEVED, AND TERRIFIED! But cannot wait, I had a surgical consult call today already!  I am so on the road!

I remember (not too long ago) how increasingly difficult it was to present myself the old way - and it's so great to see you have made this leap.  As I am working to improve my voice I realize it's so much easier when we can focus on just being ourselves instead of worrying what mode we are in for the moment. 

Old photos are starting to bother me less.  I think that's because I can now truly think of that as the past.  You now own your future.

Kendra, that is so amazing!  I long for the day that I can just concentrate on what I need to do now, I am just myself, but letting everyone know that is really a lot more complicated than I could imagine!  YIKES!
