Megan.

So... As a couple @Devlyn (who identifies non-binary) and I (98% transfemine) are very happy.

We've been asked on a couple of occasions if we have a label for our relationship. Neither of us does and we're both happy with that.

I'm just curious, what others think and won't be offended by any thoughts or suggestions

I think "Happy Couple" should be more than sufficient for anyone.

I'm personally happy to be asked. People have an innate need to label things, that's human nature.
When asked I like to reflect the question back to them and see if they have an answer,  they rarely do.

I typically answer that we're both very happy and that's all that really matters.

But... but... but Devlyn says you're not. I guess she must be right, because you don't agree on that, but you say you are. Ohhh my head hurts.

"But this isn't an argument, it's just contradiction!"

"No it isn't."

'Romantically involved' or 'not single'

Who finds the need to label a relationship?  bizarre...

Homosapien/Homoerectus
Poodle/Labrador
Spaghetti/Linguine

Humans discover stuff and label it. I'd suggest the Trans community is just as in love with labels as any other group.

It's part of how we learn and understand things :-)

How about "Nunya?"

As in "nunya bizniss."

Actually, the question came up today while talking to 5th year medical students after a panel discussion on treating transgender patients. Telling them "nunya bizniss" wouldn't have helped them, their perception of transgender people, or their future patients in any way, shape, or form.

If it weren't an old, possibly strictly American reference, I might say tell them you are Cagney & Lacey. Now that I think of it, I kind of picture Megan arresting Devlyn. Except, I would suspect they would be Devlyn's handcuffs. Well, you might get a few free frisks out of it.
If I ever offend you, let me know. It's not what I am about.

I'd happily go with Thelma & Louise as long as we can skip the dramatic finale!

I'd reply to this, but that's rather difficult when you're handcuffed.  >:-)

Yup. The answer always has to be tailored to the question and who's asking it.

So what did you tell them?

I'm never ashamed of looking stupid. We told them we had been asked the question before, had gone through the discussion between ourselves as well, and didn't have a label other than "happy".  ;D

That's a darn good label to have. I'm pleased to be able to apply it to my romantic situation, too. Congratulations, you two.
