Hi, I'm Sam, i'm 37 from the UK. I transitioned over 15 years ago starting when I was 20 with Having SRS when i was 23 in 2004. I'm on here to reconnect with the community and offer advice and help to those in need as I know transition and surgery is a very stressful event in ones life. I'm pretty open, so feel free to ask me anything.
