Hi,
Proper nutrition and diet is very difficult for me as a truck driver.
When I started using supplements to help with breast and butt development I neglected the vitamins research.
I picked a "this is best vitamins to increase your breast size"  brand.

Note: I am only seeking an A or small B cup size, so not a big increase.

Then I read more and questioned  even more my choice.
I started comparing Multi-Vitamins, actually  how much of what was in each.
I found four basic groupings;
1, teenage girls for those going through puberty
2, prenatal, for before pregnancy and during pregnancy
3, women before menopause
4, post menopause

So I am nowI am thinking that a teenage girl going through puberty would be best during initial breast development, at least first 6 to 9 months.
Then switch over to womans either pre or post menopause. Since I am 59, I believe post menopause

So what do you think? Not looking for a heated discussion, or this brand is better then that brand comparisons.

Thanks in advance.

Be careful of the iron added to women's vitamins. It's there to replace the iron lost in blood during the menstrual cycle. It can build up to dangerous levels in someone who doesn't have periods.

My understanding of the scientific literature is that multi-vitamins are a waste of money unless you are clinically malnourished and then you require vitamin supplement under medical supervision to deal with specific concerns. After chemoradiotherapy and not being able to eat for 9 weeks (and losing 1/3-1/2 of my body weight) I was put on vitamin supplements for a week, they were then judged as unneccersary.

The Vitamin industry has managed to run a very successful marketing campaign to sell a product that is unneeded by the vast majority of people. Spend the money on a balanced diet instead

As far as transitioning they will be of no help at all.

Balanced diet is the sticking point. Physicians statements are often truncated to "Multivitamins aren't necessary.." leaving off the "if you're eating a balanced diet." The vitamin industry's marketing campaign is far surpassed by McDonald's marketing campaign.  ;D

When I am sick or lacking something, like recently protein, I chose to drink Chocolate Ensure. Tasted great and did the job.

Thank you Devlyn and Cindy,

I had read about the excess Iron issue. I am also aware that some people have been poisoned by excessive vitamin supp intake. When I was younger, I would get headaches after taking OneAday, so stopped taking them.

I know  currently  I don't have a balanced diet.

At my current truck driving job, there times I go 3 to 4 days running on snacks and Macdonald's like food, and truckstop sandwiches  if they are available. With a 10 hour pause and driving again. Even my bowelmovements are irregular. During my weekly 34 hour break, I try to eat better, more often and better food.

Getting proper fruits and vegetables is almost nonexistent.

There are truck stops with real restaurants and salad bars,  however during the last year my routes driven has limited my visits to them. And delivery schedules rule my days. It's  the old adage time is money, how much do you need.

I had to start taking calcium to help with shoulder joint pain.

I currently take a B12 supp,  as I am chronicly low as verified by blood tests and a doctor.

I am still reevaluating my personal options.

Thank you.
I am looking into these type products as well, and plan to order some this week. This maybe all I need. However even these have their  limits.

Also, make sure that you stay properly hydrated. It can make a huge difference in your overall health.

This can be a challenge. Sometimes I have to limit intake as I will be driving for 4 to 6 hours or more without a legal and/or safe location for a restroom break. Such as Santa Maria to Ontario CA during the afternoon. Can be a real practice in self control.

When I can, which is most of the time, I strive for a quick 5-10 minutes break every 2-3 hours. And drink lots.

Having to walk up every 2-3 hours for a restroom trip can be annoying as well. But would rather that then be dehydrated.

I understand that. I intentionally dehydrate myself when flying because just no to airplane bathrooms!

I have, however, become quite adept at using the emergency bathroom (styrofoam cup) in the car, even at highway speeds.
Male plumbing does have its benefits.  ;D

😎yep it does.
For when there are to facilities where I stop, or too cold or wet to leave the truck when sleeping, I order urine bags online. It congeals into a solid,  just toss into trash when able. No worry about spillage. Can also be used when sick.

When driving the truck, no go. Can you imagine how easy it would be to drift out of a lane. Yeks.
