So for me I had a bit of over tightening the levator muscles (m to f ). A solution was surgery of course, but in consulting it was offered to try botox injections. So far it has really helped. Dilation is much more effective and less painful.

Thanks, Duffymali, great info. Any chance it helps with migraines and leaves you with less wrinkles too? Sorry, my sad attempt at humor.
