Here I am, doing all I can to practice being more feminine and I always feel like im trying to hard, but i realize over and over that I dont need to act. The only person I've ever realy looked up to or paid  any attention to is my mom  so, its all there, under my trying to act like a guy so no one questions me. My voice however, needs some work.

Depending how far along you are in your transition journey they are certainly some things you can do to adopt feminine actions, features and appearance.
As you indicated, voice is the big give-away if trying to pass as female and then speak with a male voice.   Do know however that there is much more to passing than just voice and appearance, hair, face, eyebrows, manicure nails, makeup, clothing and shoes, etc, etc..... of course those are certainly essential elements.
The more subtle things are body motions and movements.... sitting, walking, posture, eating, facial expressions, hand movements, interactions with others...;. these are important also.

One of the best things to do is to frequently people watch... go to a busy mall, restaruant, airport, etc and watch how women behave and notice how they dress and appear in all of those ways.
There is much to see, to hear and to observe.

Wishing you well,
Danielle
