What you're asking about is a standard procedure that doesn't have any direct connection to transgender surgery. So you could have this done by any reputable local plastic surgeon.
But there is a cost to surgery - not just money but medical risk, recovery time, etc. One of my goals was combine procedures to reduce the number of separate surgeries. I've had 26 hours anesthesia this year... lost a day somewhere. So I had liposuction around my belly same time as GCS. BMI = 24, stable for the past couple decades (my BMI peaked at 36 in the mid 1990s). I could have also done this during breast augmentation. But before combining too many things, keep in mind how you will recover - sleeping on your back or chest-down.
