I understand what you mean, R. I've got a long pointy chin, and I swear it's gotten pointier! It's weird, and bothers me sometimes. But then, if I got rid of it I don't know what else I'd have to do to balance it out.
Apparently there's a surgeon in my own city that does FFS, and for the men, chest reconstruction. I'm considering calling him up and setting up a consultation, so I can at least get an idea of things that could be possible, etc. It's very hard for me to figure out just by looking at myself, because I can be pretty hard on myself at times (even though I try not to).

Oh, and of course, it's not FFS so that I can "pass" be seen as my target gender. I'm already there, and I'm pretty sure that things are going to keep improving even more as time goes on. It's just more about my own personal satisfaction rather than that. But of course, you mention FFS to some people and they go off like you're insane.
I don't know if I'll get it for sure or not. I know that I don't "need" it, but I'm just curious about the possibilities. It's like my roommate, I think her nose is cute, but she doesn't like a slight bump in it. She doesn't need the surgery in order to socially survive -- she enjoys her life like the next girl. But with her it's something that bothers her and she'd like to get it fixed for herself.
