I assume that I am not the only person here who still has some kind of mal e genitalia left.  Mine are not of much use anymore, but I find my penis pretty handy when I need urinate in a public facility.  Because of this I like male underwear because of the roomier area and the handy slit in it.  I have some female panties, but they are of poor quality and flimsy material if compared to male briefs, while the price is very similar.  Am I alone with this preference?
I have absolutely zero dysphoria about my male genitalia, most of the time I don't even remember that they are there, and I just like them for bathroom purposes.  I don't get erections anymore, and have not have one for many years now.  I don't have enough "material" left for any tucking, but I don't need it anyway.

Am I the only one here?

I do still have the male genitals but I wear all female clothing including panties and bras while it is difficult to find comfortable panties and bras won't comfortable for tucking I have found microfiber to be very good solution microfiber panty briefs they are lightweight they are flexible they are strong and they are really comfortable cotton okay but I tend to find cotton a little too tight of course that being said I also use the ladies room and I sit when I use the ladies room

If I ever had a phobia, it is against public restrooms!
I have yet to sit on any toilet in any restroom outside a private house or my motorhome!  I had this phobia long before I ever thought that my field of expertise would become infection control & prevention.  Now with this additional critical knowledge, my phobia against public restrooms is so gigantic that no dysphoria against any parts that help me not to sit down, can be big enough to overcome my phobia.
I want bottom surgery very much, but I am sure that I will find a way to pee without having to sit on those seats!

Well that anti certain people is the same with me.  But the bathroom thing is almost a condition.  If I go into one of those stalls, I operate seat and flushing with my shoes only.  I might have to throw up if I would do it with my hands!

You know you always have the option to carry a pair of latex or non latex rubber gloves in your purse pocket that way your sanitary and you kinda don't have to wash your hands afterwards especially if you put them on before you even start LOL

I am FTM, so have had experience with female underwear. Personally I found the Jockey French cut most comfortable (although I haven't worn them while having a penis since I'm not there yet). They're roomy and the material is nice and soft though [emoji6] (a big change when switching over to men's underwear lol)

You could always try wicking underwear designed for running and hiking so that it wicks away the sweat and prevents chaffing. They won't be lacy or anything but practical. At the moment I still use male paramour boxers but I will be switching to similar in female as I buy new. The problem being that they come with a lifetime guarantee  :P

I guess I am lucky here. Pretty much nothing down there. I can comfortably wear cotton bikini panties and do so all the time. I still present as male out so I use the male toilets but pretty much have to sit or hover more like. Never worried me that I go to the stall and not the urinal

I totally get your dilemma. I will not use a public restroom unless there is absolutely positively no alternative. No way on earth am I sitting down. The only reason I might keep my tiny and now almost non-existent male bit is purely to facilitate urinary function.
I am probably in a different hemisphere, but where I live I am able to purchase Lovable or Heidi Klum bikini or hipster briefs for about $3 USD on special. I wore them before I started transitioning as they were simply more comfortable.

I like my bit for the same reason, it has not much else it can do.  I checked for those Heid Klum briefs on Amazon, and they want $11 for them.  I live in the USA.
I plan to wear my Hanes guy stuff until I have to throw it away.  I always disliked boxer briefs, and I think that might have been a good idea.  The whity thighties I have do not show up any more than the  girl type briefs

I still have male plumbing.  I don't need it for peeing, since I always sit to pee.  The only exception is in the woods, if the vegetation is too long to squat.  But I will happily give up that convenience when the time comes.  (Still waiting for that damn letter!)

I haven't been in a men's room in 18 months.

I was in the woods for the first time in a very long time a few weeks ago, and I categorically refused to stand to pee. I did just fine leaning on a tree.

It's been almost exactly a year since I was last in a men's restroom.

Interesting inputs here!  My mother trained me and my dad to sit and pee, (otherwise we would need to clean the bathroom), so sitting is nothing unusual for me.  But I just can't do it in any public restroom, not in Europe (and I grew up in the country that is known for being notoriously clean), nor in any other country in the world.  Professional knowledge and personal phobia prevent me from doing this.

I have not enough mass left in my male stuff that anything would move around uncontrolled, it is just handy to have that little hose, if one needs to pee in public restrooms.  I am still in the gender fluid mode, and still go most of the time dressed as male.  Male clothing does not cause any dysphoria for me, and I wear what seems to be best at a given time for a given event.

My biggest dysphoria are my hands, because I feel they do not look very feminine, and no clothing in the world can cover those up, unless I would wear gloves, and that would look funny here in SW Florida.

I've actually always worn boxers and still do post-op. I've known at least one other woman who preferred them and briefs as well. We both agree they breathe much better. I've never stood and peed, but things were definitely cleaner with a male setup.

Hi Miss Kitty,                     09 November 2018

I'm not stalking you, I just found this an interesting thread.

I still have Wilbur, just his two nutty buddies left for who knows where this past Friday 13 April 2018. Since starting HRT he functions very well as a fire hose. As for panties, I have been wearing them for over 48 years. My favorites are Jockey Elance cotton briefs and hipsters, Jockey Supersoft briefs and hipsters. They have a line called Jockey No Panty Line Promise Tactel. Go to Jockey's Web site and read the reviews for them; seems more men write in about them than woman. I have a few and the only draw back I have found is they are so smooth that if you wear a shirt tucked in your slacks/trousers waistband, the shirt will migrate out. They are comfortable. Personally, I think Jockey panties are hard to beat, especially if you have any boy bits dangling around.

Best Always, Love

Thanks for the info!

It shows that I don't know anything about Jockey, because I never have been into horses or their riders!  >:-)
Now I have to take a look at that horse stuff, and hope they are not horsing around with me!
