Thank you very much the pack that I bought actually came with a spray that I neglected to use but the heat didn't seem to damage in my hair this first time luckily

Be careful with the heat... it's best to find a hair care regimen that will get you a semi polished look without the extra damage. I diffuse my hair once every couple months, if I'm in a rush... the more wave or curl you have the easier it will be to damage.

Yes my one friend said to go ahead and go with 450 because the hair straightener is digital and tells me what the temperature of it is and maintains that temperature in unless I change it but I chose to go with 300 instead that way it was kind of a middle between the 250 and 450 and I am so happy it worked out great I feel fabulous

Actually the dryer can help maintain healthy hair, as hair tends to be more vulnerable to damage when it is wet. In the U.S., you may try some heat protectants such as "silk therapy":

I also have used it for the past several years, as it is imported here. Recently I changed to another domestic product, which also advertises as a heat protectant.

I did see that you should not straighten your hair while it's wet and I wouldn't do that anyways I saw a YouTube video of somebody doing that and it like cut their hair off so I won't be doing that LOL oh wait till it's dry and that was why I got the new hair dryer and it was pretty in pink and fuchsia two of my favorite colors LOL

Yeah, been a rough few weeks here. And then a bunch of follow up appointments post op, speech pathology, endocrinology, primary care provider, etc... coupled with Laser and electrolysis... I am pretty beat. I will probably have some up on Saturday or Sunday. The last laser session did a number on my face... and I don't want to stain any of my good clothes, so I've been waiting for the bleeding to subside after GRS.

But I'll be getting pretty Saturday for my pole dancing class Christmas party. 😉

So i dyed my hair I hate it and considering cutting it all off now I actually cried when I saw how the color turned out its to dark

Because you messed around with your pretty, wavy hair!  I can almost cry when i see that straight stuff on your head!

Just leave that poor hair alone now, let it grow and be allowed to be wavy again!  After that the hair will be so nice again, any color would Look good on it
