Shadow removal

So I'm curious if anybody has found a way to make it to wear after you shave you don't get the shadows and red marks and stuff like that other than laser hair removal cuz I'm currently doing that it's just taking a little time by the way here's an example

I wish I knew, everybody I've talked to says that you just have to cover it up. I mean, you could pull the hairs out except that interferes with the laser hair removal...

I have about 6 hours after I shave until my facial hair starts growing back enough to be visible. makeup helps enough to hide it mostly-ish until I get home. In college my dad won second place in a beard growing contest for his entire dorm. I received that gene, and it is a difficulty that I have just accepted that I will have until hair removal is complete.

That said, I have used a straight razor for nearly 3 years now. I found it gave a much closer shave and did not aggravate my skin with red bumps. There is a bit of a learning curve, but you can give that a try to see if it gives you better results.

Thank you very much I have been using a straight razor it just gets annoying which I'm sure you realize and thank you I actually got the earrings at Walmart for $3

Hi Arianna

You could try a "colour correcting palette" you can get at most cosmetic sections of big stores like Target...generally 3 colours including and orange, green and purple...when you use orange on your beard line it will hide the blue shadow underneath, when used with some foundation. The other colours are used to disguise dark spots and other red areas...If I take the time and do it properly It can appear that my facial skin looks really even in tone. when in reality its not...I don't have a beard shadow as I have had it 99% removed but used it many times when I did.

Remember laser hair removal is not permanent.  The hair will grow back.  I had it done over 3 years ago and some hair is coming back.  Do electrolysis.

Anyways that's another topic.

I would recommend doing this.  This is what I did when I had a lot of facial hair.

Shaving:
Use a gillet fusion with 5 blades.
Use shaving cream for women.

Skin care:
Keep hydrated
Exfoliate almost daily
And moisturize your face day and night

Makeup:
Primer (not necessarily needed.  It really can help though)
Orange lipstick.  Apply lightly around the dark areas.  You want to find the opposite of black/blue
Tinted moisturizer (Bare mineral or Bobby Brown for a higher end brand)
Foundation
A light amount of Translucent powder

Apply a little of all of these products.  You don't want to look like a lot is caked on.

You can google or YouTube using orange to hide a beard.

If you want look up the baking method. I don't like it because it uses too much makeup.  It's more for photos and videos.

Anyways that's how I covered up my black hair.  It seemed to work.  One day soon you will be able to ditch the orange lipstick!

A friend told me she would bleach her hair.  I tried it once.   It was to hard on my pretty skin so I did not do it again.

I actually do use the Gillette Fusion 5 razor I like how has the little single blade trimmer on top makes it a lot easier for touching up areas that the whole razor itself won't do

As the battery was dead a few years ago, I now have the second Tria, which I still use to zip a few fine hairs regrown. I still use the Tira once or twice in a month, but it takes less than a minute as I use it for a few hairs. The merit of Tria is that I do not need to make a reservation. Just use it whenever I feel free.

I may give it a try.  My body hair just kind of disappeared for the most part from HRT.

I'm happy with the electrolysis I have had done.  Just really agitated with the black hairs that piped back up.  A friend of mine had hers come back after 10 years.  It's like two steps forward one step back kind of thing.

For beard area and toes where hair is deeply rooted, probably more than 10 times. Hair becomes less and less noticeable as you repeat the Tria treatment. It is a boring process, but it does work.

Honestly the underarms or armpits is my least concern because it literally takes about 20 seconds to shave both LOL
