Don't combine them.  The shorter the amount of time you spend in the gym(between 30-45 minutes), the greater the testosterone release from going, unless you're snacking and drinking some kind of supplemental drink.  30 seconds between sets, 4 days a week.
Keep us updated w/ progress on lifts(max out once a month) and pics if possible?

yeah your muscle groups will need time to rest. If I'm doing workouts to burnout I give myself at least a day, usually 2. Just listen to your body. If your muscles are feeling sore/tired...rest.
