Hanes cooling comfort H570.I am 4 months in hrt mtf, and my nipples are sensitive plus if I bump my chest... I looked up a guide on breast measurements. I went one cup size down of the measurement because I am have broad shoulders  and a huge chest.Anyway, these bras fit great and they are stealthy.(I still present as male) They also have a cotton type padding where the nipples are that doesn't irritate them.My question is should I wear this with developing breasts.My stepmom told me to tape my nipples, but I sweat a lot and that idea sounds barbaric. Advice please.

@Coffeedrew
I never did like taping... can cause skin irritation and especially with your sore nipples why would you want to irritate them any more that they already are.
I do know that some cis-women that have very large and protruding nipples use tape, but their nipples are probably not irritated as your growing nipples are... the tape can be medical grade tape that is more easily removable.

For me, when I was at that early stage of breast development I went to a very light weight and low-profile low-impact low-support cotton sports bra.... then, there was no support needed so there was not extra padding and bulk to give away your secret.
Also if you wear lots of loose fitting layers, undershirt and shirt... ideally a patterned shirt will hide the nipples and some breast development, especially shirts with chest pockets... they do a great job that way.

A cis friend uses bandaids sometimes.  I did it a few times.  Maybe pasties??

Or just do what you are doing if it's working for you.
I've taken what others have offered, so now I'm giving back.

Tape can cause even worse irritation. Just wear what is comfortable. Or, go free most of the day. I love it when my nipples show so I may not be the best role model it  you are still trying to look flat.

My nipples and area around them are very tender. Thank you for your info on which bra you are using. The sizing can be quite frustrating to me. On one you are a med, the next a sm, a other and you are lrg.
Hopefully the Hanes bras have shoulder straps long enough for me.

Have a wonderful day

I just wear camisole underneath my clothes for coverage, and I think very soon I won't able to hide my breasts anymore. I'm about to approach my one year HRT.

It does get better. But for now it's like basic training in the service; you signed up
for this, now you have to tough it out.  ;D
