Online Calculator says I am an F Cup (DDD), but that can't be right.

You may be that busty, but I doubt it! I wish I was.

My information from Mumsnet - and they should know about bra fitting - is that you should wear a soft cup padded bra and measure under the bra band, then over your maximum bust, thus taking nipple protrusion into account.

Then each inch difference between band diameter and cup diameter should represent a bra cup size. Thus 36/38 represents a B cup, 36/40 is a C etc.

If you can't face up to an individual bra fitting, then try buying cheap used bras on eBay. If they don't fit, then donate them to the Sally Army.

https://www.victoriassecret.com/bras/how-to-measure-bras
32 inch band size
32 3/4 overbust
30 1/2 underbust
26 inch waist
32 1/2 hips
5-1/2  wrist
My first bra was 32AA and it still fits. I need 250g forms to fill a 32C.

I think all the chocolate I eat goes to my hips.  I spend $200/year on chocolate!

My last update about six months ago was:

Rib Cage Measurements:
Top Chest Under arm pits: 35"
Over the Breasts: 39 1/2"
Under Breasts: 34"

High Thigh: 25"

Waist: 33"
Hip: 42 1/2"

and I was 184lbs and came down from 190 ish. I'm now 182 lbs and it looks like my bust # changed. My guess is that it is the progesterone. Not sure about the other #s but I will have to check soon. My goal is to hit 180 lbs first then hopefully 17

"The average American woman weighs 166.2 pounds, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.Jun 12, 2015"

I don't think I can ever hit 166lbs again, but maybe 175!

You have nice numbers if I ever get down 32" underbust I'll cosider myself lucky :)

Don't forget Amazon when looking for cheap bras.  They can hook you up with vendors trying to get rid of new old stock NOS. Most likely stock from store closings.

Yes, bra size will change as you lose or gain weight.
