Avril, you're looking amazing!  I am very impressed with your results.  Just WOW.  So who did your fat transfer?

Thank you Harley!
I had both surgeries done at the same time, by the same surgeon here in Dallas, Dr Peter Raphael. People often ask which one hurt more. I have to say, the fat transfer is probably the worst of it because it's making the body accommodate a large amount of new material into an area with the strongest muscle in the body, that flexes with every movement and also is used for sitting on and often laying on. The breast implants I got are the more dense silicone, under the chest muscles, so there's definitely a similarity regarding the body needing to accommodate, however, they just kind of hang there. The chest muscles aren't flexed with every movement in spite of the involuntary movement of breathing.
That said, none of it was so bad that I didn't manage to take care of myself less than 24 hours after surgery & then 24 more hours later I stopped taking pain medication because I needed to gauge the pain with a clear head.
My biggest suggestion to anyone is to have a clear head when making any decisions and to always take care of you. Loving yourself has to come first.

I've since had filler in my cheekbones. It really helps to need less highlighter. My hair continues to grow and my new job is going well. I've started Pilates and electrolysis and writing my memoir.
Next up is definitely going to be my lip lift as the original filler I got in them is very diminished now. As they say, it's a work in progress!
Much love.
