Anxiety over Breast Augmentation

For me it was less like having an elephant on my chest and more like a super heavy quilt combined with really sore pectoral muscles.  Not being able to breathe freaks me out as well but that didn't end up being a problem for me this time thankfully.  Now that I'm into day 3, the sore pec feeling is much less painful.

The rice test really is the best thing for getting an idea of how big you need to go.  >

Don't use cooked rice.  Ruined a good bra.
