While I don't read Ukrainian, I did translate that part of your post.  You asked about stopping the Captcha feature when you post.

That feature is there to protect members against trolls and spammers.  It will go away when you have made enough quality posts.  In the post that @Kendra made welcoming your first post on the forum, the red link explains how this works.  I'll repeat it here for your convenience: Post Ranks (including when you can upload an avatar).
