Yeah! Only 4.9 pounds more loss, and you reached my target weight!  I would recommend that we swapp weight at that point, and you can work down on mine, too!

No thanks! I don't want the extra weight again. I'm starting to get my flexibility and my curves back. I don't know if I would have the strength to do this again so soon. In fact now that I am under 190 pounds I never want to see that weight read out ever again.

Yesterday I took in 1080 calories and burned 2834 through the course of the day I walked 5.61 miles.

Well done Natalie. I hate it when you keep weighing and nothing has changed, it has happened recently to me but for me it is on the move again. I am 162lbs now, aiming for 146 as that will class me as healthy weight (just)

Love

I'm very eager for the day when I can say I have reached 150 or less.

Todays weigh in was 189.3 pounds. I think it is safe to say I have gotten past the 190 pound hurdle.

I hit the gym this morning and walked 2.18 miles.

Natalie,

Congratulations on staying below the 190 pound level.   :)

Do remember that water weighs about 8 1/3 pounds per gallon, so it may be not hard to vary a pound or so each day because of fluid intake and retention. Weighing at the same time of day may reduce that variability.

I weigh in every morning at 6:20AM. I also track my water intake to make sure I drink a minimum of three 16.9 Fl Oz  (500ml) bottles of water a day. Sometimes if I am thirsty I drink more. You're absolutely right, the water in these bottles weighs roughly 1.1 pounds if I recall correctly. This is why I weigh in at the morning because I'm not going to not drink just so I can weigh in light. :D

Thank you. I know it is just a matter of keeping the calories burn up and the intake down but this week was tougher then most.

Todays weigh in was 189 pounds. I am hoping that tomorrow I can be under 189 pounds. Little by little the weight is coming off.

isn't it true, this girl is on a mission!

Not to long ago, she was quite a bit heavier than I, and now she left me behind as being the fat one!
I wish I would have this drive!

Thank you both. It has been getting harder but I am going to see this through. I won't DOR.

I measured my waist just now and I'm down to 42 inches. So the waist is slowly but surely receding. It's bittersweet. I want it to be done and over but too fast leaves loose skin and streatch marks. So far I have avoided both.

Now I'm hungry and I think I am going to go have some orange chicken and honey walnut shrimp from Panda Express. The two entree meal feeds me twice and I have the craving right now.

LOL

The worst part is old clothes streatch and then when you replace them you learn the horrifying truth.
