I had periareolar top surgery on 11/29 and things have been good! Minimal pain, minimal bruising. Physically I feel pretty much normal. Despite this, I have a lot of swelling on my right side, to the point that it looks like an A cup breast probably. I know it's swelling, it does not feel like tissue at all, and my surgeon has confirmed that it is swelling still going on.
How long did you deal with swelling after surgery and is there anything I can do to help it go away faster? I wear a compression vest 24/7 (except for 10 minutes to shower/change). My surgeon said it will probably take a couple of months to go away but it is stressing me out since I see so many other guys with most of the swelling gone by now.
Thanks!
