     I do not have an answer to your question, but all I can say is that as humans we all have the instinct to propagate... which obviously may include a strong desire to have sex. 
     
     Like anything that we do, it can become an obsession and an addiction and it is something we should have some control of so that we can pay attention to our other very important life endeavors.   Additionally, left unchecked, addictions can keep us from achieving our life goals and life plans.  A therapist or counselor can provide help or assistance if it is beyond personal control.

    I will leave it to others that are reading your thread to come up with suggestions that may be of help to you.

    Wishing you well and I will be looking for your additional posting around the forums.

   Are you worried about being trans and how it relates to sex? Do you have sexual feelings related to having transgender thoughts? Are you addicted to sex? Not sure what you are asking, but can try to answer if you give more information.
