I take it you're not working? If this is not the case I'm sure others want to know the secret.
@Jaime320Dear Jaime: Oh... I am indeed at my office working ....
I have 3 computers going at my office most of the time. 2 of them are usually stuck on business tasks doing tax and financial work for my clients.
My 3rd computer is almost always online with the Susan's Place Forums unless it is needed for more business tasks. Then of course I have my iPhone and an iPad that are "bolted to my hip" at all times. So I try to stay very connected with work, with Susan's, and with everyone else.
During tax season, which has just started and doesn't slow down until after the mid-April with the IRS Federal Income Tax filing deadline of April 15th, I will be working 6 days a week and sometimes on Sunday... and many early mornings and late nights particularly during crunch time as the April 15th deadline gets closer. When I have business to do, I am here, when my business is somewhat slower in the off-seasons I will take time off to do things like hiking, going to the gym with my gym gals group, my book club meetings, and other personal and social events. The advantage of being self-employed and running my own small business is that I am the one that is solely responsible for what I do and when I do it. The downside of course is that if business is soft or bad for no fault of my own, I don't get a paycheck. It is all in my hands... and I like it that way. There is an opportunity for good financial rewards and also there is the chance I could go broke.
Thanks for reading my thread and following my continuing journey of life.
Hugs and well wishes,
Danielle
