No experience with it, but I hope you get what you want from it.

Just as an aside, there are plenty of women here who don't want the growth, and are merely looking to allay their dysphoria, aren't socially transitioning, etc. I don't think your comment about "like any other woman, I want the best growth" is as absolute as you make it sound.   :)

I wanted very modest breasts for my small frame, and am pleased to have settled in at a B cup.

Hugs, Devlyn

Yea! Another Georgia Southern Belle? Chris, took a low dose for years there's been a lot of discussions here about bicalutamide, searching from Forum Home works best. Am assuming dr will be adding "E" later, one step @ a time?

Otherwise, as Devlyn suggests, with Casodex by itself your body will eventually naturally convert the excess blocked free "T" to "E" on it's own (at least that's my understanding) giving you more demasculinization than feminization I suspect.

"But it's no use now," thought poor Alice, "to pretend be two people!
"Why, there's hardly enough of me left to make one respectable person!"

Congratulations Chris on starting HRT on Jan 4th - you'll remember that day forever!

I wish you every success on your HRT journey.

I have no experience on Bicalutamide but here on HRT Board is another thread on it from Joanna Jones.

Hugs

Pamela

So far that combo is working for me.  Bicalutamide is my only option for now.  I read somewhere that it might be the go to pill that will replace spiro someday.  So long as it does not give you liver issues, it has less side effects than spironolactone.  Downside, is there are so many doctors that are not trained for it's use in HRT.
