Help request from an old client.

I got the following texts from an old client. If any of you can help please PM me. Sorry, she only knows the deadname.

"In going through my boxes I found a personal journal from someone who was transitioning from Jerome Clarke to an unnamed woman, including all of these wonderful drawings of how she would look post-transition. I had it in a book of  things that were important  to me. I don't how to find who it belongs to because I think it should go home. Can you put out feelers through your network? This would have been  pre-2003 in pittsburgh. I would have met this woman through Sarah formally wade."

All I have is questions? We need the full story.

Is the journal yours?
If so, how did this client get it?
If not, why would the client be asking you for help?

And your answers would beg for more questions as to how to proceed.

I've never seen the journal. I have no idea how the client ended up.with it originally. She has a TBI and therefore a poor memory. She can remember meeting this woman through the other woman I mentioned. All I'm trying to do is help her get the journal back to the writer if she wants it. If anyone knows the writer and she wants it back I'll facilitate the return because my ex client asked me to. Other than that everything I know was in the original post.
